Blogging = activism.
Participating (for City of Kingston residents) in Kingston Citizens.Org = activism.
Supporting (in whatever way you can) Public Access television, radio stations, news stations and your local newspapers (we need ALL of these resources!) = activism.
Attending City Council meetings and other local government and community meetings = activism.
Supporting your local food banks and other resources for the needy = activism.
Contacting your political representatives = activism.
And - on those really tough days?
Staying alive, lighting a candle, playing some music, having a laugh (sometimes you have to go looking for it!) and honoring yourself = activism.
